H&R Mechanical Supplies Ltd. maintains a quality control program regarding the installation, repair, alteration, inspection and testing of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Pressure Piping, and the manufacturing of fittings in accordance with the applicable sections of the ASME Codes, CSA, Newfoundland Public Safety Act and the Boiler Pressure Vessel and Compressed Gas Regulations. This quality control program is registered with the Government of Newfoundland & Labrador, Boiler Services Division.

The purpose of our program is to ensure that the processes and procedures carried out by H&R meet a high standard of quality workmanship from head management to shop workers. It is therefore a responsibility on the part of all company personnel to implement, maintain and adhere to the procedures set in place.

The quality control manager of H&R Mechanical is delegated the responsibility and authority to ensure that the procedures are adhered to, reviewed and updated as necessary. This quality control program ensures that proper documentation storage and identification of mill certs on tubing and plate is kept, as well as maintenance and calibration of testing equipment, materials inspection, etc.
